Legal Support Manager (LSM)

Legal Support Managers provide comprehensive legal support to Divisional Business Units comprising of a Divisional Director and a team of Regional Managers.  Working with the Recruitment Co-ordinators, within the Publican Recruitment Department, they work closely with new and existing Publicans and solicitors taking responsibility for the legal agreement and assignment process through to completion.

LSMs must have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to be able to support internal and external customers effectively, whilst managing a varied and busy workload.

 

Rent Review Manager (RRM)

Rent Review Managers are responsible for the administration and processing of all cyclical rent reviews, section 25 notices and renewal agreements, together with administration of permanent and temporary variations to agreement terms, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and adherence to company policies.

RRM’s must have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to be able to support internal and external customers effectively, whilst managing a varied and busy workload.

 

Licensing Manager (LM)

All public houses require a premises licence and designated premises supervisor to be able to trade legally. The Licensing Manager administers ei group's licensing requirements and ensures adherence to the Licensing Act 2003 at all times.

LM’s are responsible for administrating premises licence applications, which include, lodging legal notices, designated premises supervisor variations, transferring premises licences and applying for machine permits ensuring applications comply with the current legislation. They are a point of contact for the Police and Local Authority and represent the Company with regard to licensing matters.

LM’s must have excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to respond effectively to constantly changing priorities.
