Sales and service centre

We help our publicans develop and promote their business and retail offering by providing them with exclusive deals. We introduce them to new and exciting brands, provide them with brand specific details and offer advice or information on categories such as cask ales. We deal with the many varied queries our publicans raise and we are responsible for ensuring their deliveries are made on time and in full.

The sales and service centre (SSC) is a vibrant area to work in - we work hard and play hard. Key Roles within the SSC are:​

Customer Account Manager (CAM)

This role is aligned to two or three Regional Managers and looks after approximately 120 accounts, providing a weekly sales call to aligned accounts. CAMS are responsible for the delivery of sales targets, service levels and Inbound Sales Calls.

Customer Services Representative (CSR)

Responsible for investigating and resolving publican queries, executing logistical and distribution reporting and answering inbound customer service calls.

Team Leader

Aligned to three divisional business units and responsible for the management and development of 6–8 CAMs, delivery of sales targets and service.
